The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance has issued an official announcement regarding the implementation of digital signing and electronic result delivery for administrative procedures under the authority of the Business Registration Division.

According to the announcement, from the official effective date (as stated in the attached document), all administrative procedure results will be issued in digitally signed electronic form, replacing traditional paper-based results.

These digitally signed electronic results carry the same legal validity as paper documents, allowing enterprises to use them directly in administrative processes, banking transactions, and internal operations.
